You can make one or more articles without ever using them, within 14 days of delivery (including holidays) and receive a refund equal to the price of the products made. After that deadline, the referral procedure will no longer be available.
We cannot accept the return of articles that are not in the same condition as they were sent and received. No changes of articles.

Shipping costs for the return will be borne by us if the purchased object has defects or malfunctions. In the event of a change of opinion or any other case not related to a defect or malfunction the costs of return shall be borne by the purchaser.
The package containing the return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouses. This means that we are not responsible for any loss, damage due to poor packaging or delay in delivery of the return.
As soon as we receive the report, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been met: if the procedure has been carried out correctly we will refundwhich will be made by the same method of payment used during the purchase phase, excluding shipping costs.
Repayment usually takes place after a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the banking institution.
If the order has been paid in stamp, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
Alternatively to the refund, you can choose to receive a Store Credit -equal to the amount of the article made- to be used throughout the catalogue and without time limits.
